Whisker Grid is a cat Sudoku logic-puzzle game intended for people aged 13 and older. The game does not require an account. Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. The app uses third-party advertising services, which may process device and advertising information as described below.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Whiskerbyte, the developer of Whisker Grid, (package name games.whiskerbyte.whiskergrid) handles information when you install or use the Android app. The developer identified on the app's Google Play listing is the data controller for information handled directly by the app. Advertising providers act according to their own privacy policies and applicable agreements.
2. Information handled by the app
Information stored locally. Whisker Grid stores game progress, completed levels, star results, hint and heart state, music preferences, tutorial state and related settings on your device. This information is used to operate the game and restore your progress. It is not uploaded to a Whisker Grid account because the app does not provide accounts or cloud saves.
Information we do not ask you to provide. The game does not ask for your name, postal address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings or payment-card information.
Advertising and technical information. Google Mobile Ads and mediated advertising partners such as Meta Audience Network may automatically receive or process information including:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- device and app identifiers, including the Android advertising identifier when available;

- advertisement impressions, clicks, rewarded-video completion and other app interactions;
- diagnostic, performance, crash, fraud-prevention and security information; and

3. How information is used
Information may be used to:
- provide, maintain and improve the game;
- remember local progress and preferences;
- show banner, interstitial and user-requested rewarded advertisements;
- measure advertising performance and limit repeated advertisements;
- detect fraud, abuse, security problems, crashes and technical errors; and
- comply with legal, regulatory and platform requirements.
Where required, personalized advertising or storage/access on your device is based on your consent. Non-personalized or limited advertising may still use contextual information and limited device information for delivery, reporting, security and fraud prevention.
4. Advertising partners

The exact advertising partners available in an auction can vary by country, consent status, device and advertising configuration. Whisker Grid does not sell your directly provided personal information. Advertising providers may process or share advertising data as described in their policies and in the app's Google Play Data safety disclosure.
5. Your privacy choices
- Where required, the app presents a Google consent message before requesting advertisements.
- You can revisit available consent choices through Settings → Privacy choices when that option is required in your region.
- You can reset or delete your Android advertising identifier through your device's privacy settings.
- You can delete locally stored game progress and preferences by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
- You may exercise applicable access, correction, deletion, objection or restriction rights by using the developer contact details on the official Google Play listing.
Privacy choices can affect whether advertisements are personalized, but they do not remove advertisements from the free version of the game.
6. Age requirement and children's privacy
Whisker Grid is intended only for users aged 13 or older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13.
